A group of friends founded Nordel Construction over twenty years ago. Today it has developed into one of the elite construction companies in the Lower Mainland. Nordel began construction in Langley, Surrey, Cloverdale, Vancouver and Burnaby. Recently the company expanded into Calgary and Vancouver Island. Head office is located in Cloverdale, which serves as a central location for daily business.

The company employs a team of dedicated full-time personnel. With over hundred’s of trades people bringing the vision of Nordel to reality. The loyalty of the employees is immeasurable, as some have been with the company since its start.

Nordel embarked on this journey by building luxurious single-family homes and expanded the enterprise to include multi-family town homes. The dedication, high quality and craftsmanship of Nordel Construction is a direct reflection of the work they do.
